Bought two jersey thinking it’s a regular size like other brands but found it’s a snug fit. Placed for exchange, paid additional charges but the problem starts here. Once you pay, they do not bother to process and keeps it pending even after repeated reminder. Their WhatsApp call number seems to be a wrong number, they don’t pick up. I have been trying to contact them for the last three days but no response. I think shark tank success must have gone over their head. Companies fall due to their arrogance and this company is taking rider community very lightly and heading towards it. One bad word from one rider group can spread like a wildfire. My request to mr Prateek please to keep your promises. Thank you.
