How long will it take for my product to arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 4-7 working days. In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, acts of God, or other disruptions, delivery time may be extended by a few days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

What do I do if I need an urgent delivery?

What is the normal shipping time?
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours.

How do I track my order?
Tracking details will be sent to your registered email and phone number through Whatsapp as soon as the package is shipped.

Can I add more items to my order after I have placed it?
Once the order is placed, it is not possible to add more items.However you can reach out to us before it is shipped. 

Can I give specific instructions for my order?

Can I place bulk or customized orders?

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with the order details and your order ID.

Why can’t I see the Cash On Delivery (COD) option?
If the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is unavailable, it may be because this service is not available for your postal code, or your minimum cart value is less than ₹499. You can choose to pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking, or you can have the products delivered to an alternate address where COD is available.

Can I change my address or contact number after shipping?
Once an order has shipped, it is not possible to change the contact number or address. However, you can reach us before it has shipped.
